Bev Beverley Cush Evans, Ph.D. currently serves as the board president for the PEAL Center.She is an Associate Professor at Duquesne University in the Department of Counseling, Psychology and Special Education.She comes to the PEAL Center with a lifetime dedication to disability advocacy, on both a personal and professional level.She
received her B.A. in Sociology/Psychology at Marquette University, her
M.S.Ed. from Duquesne University in Special Education and earned her
doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh through the program on Severe
Disabilities.
